The Story:
After living full-time in Beaufort NC for 25 years, I have fallen in love with our town, its barrier islands, wild horses, the endless variety of boats which pass through our waterways, our local shrimp boats, our sea life, our bird life and Cape Lookout National Seashore. All of my paintings reflect my love for these special and unique local treasures.
In this painting I capture the gorgeous rods and reels of this sportfish yacht ready to fish the World famous BIG ROCK BLUE MARLIN TOURNAMENT out of Morehead City NC.
